A day on the Causse Méjean authentic experience version
Leaving in the morning towards the Aven-Armand and admire the landscapes of the Causse Méjean, experience its immensity, enjoy its silence. Visit the Aven Armand, a magical place in which nature has created an enchanting underground landscape. Then head towards La Parade then take the junction for Borie Windmill , visit the mill, recently restored and don't forget to leave with a bag of Méjeanette flour (cereals grown only by farmers from Causse Méjean - #localproducts). Continue heading towards the Parade and enjoy a pizza at the restaurant-pizzeria Ô Ga rage , an unlikely place where homemade pizzas are tasty and prepared with local products. Then drive to our hamlet of Hyelzas to visit the Ferme Caussenarde d'Autrefois and finish with a VIP tasting of sheep's cheese Le Fedou cheese dairy . Then head towards Villaret to see Przewalski's horses (reception until 7 p.m.).

A day in the Gorges du Tarn version of heritage and traditions
The day begins with a visit to Sainte Enimie, jewel of the Gorges du Tarn, a medieval town that hides many secrets in its narrow streets. Strolling through the streets, discovering them, enjoying them, photographing them... A joy in itself! If you are a little hungry, La guinguette At the Petits Galets s or the Auberge du Moulin will welcome you and satisfy you with local dishes.
Then continue the road towards Saint-Chély du Tarn. More than a hamlet, Saint Chély is an unsuspected gem in a circle of rocks and greenery. You will find sublime waterfalls, enchanting alleys, the very old chapel of Cénaret, under a rock. Next door, push the door of the

Your day will end at La Malène, in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn. This Small City of Character has everything to captivate you... THE Boatmen of the Gorges du Tar not , like their ancestors, will make you discover by boat, over the water, the Gorges in all that they have of most intimate. Their knowledge of local fauna, flora and history is inexhaustible. Still at La Malène, you can walk up to Notre Dame de la Malène, a high place of pilgrimage, which will offer you a spectacular view of the canyon. And if you are thirsty afterward, a drink at the Embarcadère bar or at the La Fontaine tea room will comfort you. And it is then on foot, that you can go buy a good bread with local flour at the Malénais bakery, and good cold cuts at the Viala butcher's before ending in the old village and in particular the very old pedestrian street of Grand Barry , just under the Rocher de la Barre.

A day in the Gorges du Tarn sport version and air and water games
Attention: It is strongly recommended to reserve the day before the canoe, the jump and the paddle!
What about a canoe descent at your own pace. This is what Le Soulio canoes . The rendezvous is set at the Cirque des Baumes, a magical place. Once equipped (life jackets, paddles, waterproof containers), you are taken to the starting point by minibus. This is where the emotions, the sensations, the wonder, and sometimes also the arms that pull a little and the sunburn start... You can stay as long as you want on the water, your car is at the finish, at the Cirque des Baumes, or as a bonus, you can have a drink or eat an ice cream at the Débarcadère bar. Our tip: don't forget your camera and your picnic.

A day in the Gorges de la Jonte to the rhythm of the Vultures
Your day will start in Le Rozier, a Lozère village just on the border with Aveyron. You will leave by taking the direction of Meyrueis and will make a first stop at the House of Vultures . This museum space of 1000 square meters will allow you to know everything about these majestic birds of prey and their reintroduction. You will continue your route in these wild Gorges and will stop for a hearty meal at the Douzes restaurant before driving to the village of Meyrueis. There, you can stroll through this green resort with 3 rivers (the Brèse, the Bétuzon and the Jonte). Your day will end on the Causse Noir with the visit of the Pink Cave which answers to the sweet name of Dargilan . Before entering, admire the splendid view that awaits you...

A day on the Causse Noir, upside down
The day starts at the Abyss of Bramabiau , an underground river that will reveal many secrets about dinosaurs. You will then continue your journey to the Observatory Meteorological of Mont-Aigou there . There, in addition to a high quality exhibition, you can, if the sky is clear, admire the extraordinary view. You will then drive to the ranch of the Randals Bison . You can taste bison meat at the farmhouse before visiting the park and learning all about American bison. You will finally go to the city of stone in Montpellier le Vieux. A visit to this rocky chaos, in the form of games, will delight young and old alike.
