Where to eat ?
The Causse Méjean offers many possibilities. Here we show you the ones closest to our tourist site and which are open most of the year. In the summer, we will add other places such as farm inns.
On site, in Hyelzas itself, the Fromagerie le Fédou offers take-away picnics.
At La Parade (5 minutes by car), the restaurant pizzeria Ô Garage welcomes you. Book with Isabelle on 06 48 08 20 79.

At the Hameau des Douzes (in the Gorges de la Jonte, but in our town - 20 minutes by car), the

At Veygalier, you will be welcomed by Eugénie and her mother Anne for a delicious meal with products from the Farm.

You can also plan your picnic and enjoy our two picnic areas, one outside for good weather days, the other inside for bad weather days. In the village, you can find sheep's milk cheese and ice cream, free-range eggs and cold meats to enhance your meal.
Other very good restaurants exist in the surrounding valleys. We can also provide them to you upon simple request.
